Where do you deliver?

Our webshop alltents.ie currently delivers within the Republic of Ireland. However, we are happy to arrange delivery to other countries upon request. If you're located outside Ireland and would like to place an order, simply contact our customer service team. We’ll do our best to ensure your desired tent reaches you—wherever you are! Please note that additional costs for shipping, customs duties or bank charges may apply and are not included in our standard pricing.

What do I do if the box is damaged or parts are missing on delivery?

We recommend that you check your product for damage immediately on receipt of the product. Most of the time, only the packaging is affected, and the product itself is undamaged. If this is not the case, please contact us on service@alltents.ie. Please have your customer number or invoice ready so that we can track your order quickly. You have to contact our customer service within the first 14 days after receiving the goods if something is missing.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

No, we do not offer same-day delivery or next day delivery. Contact our customer service team if you need a tent by a specific time. They can advise you on the best way to get your hands on a product as quickly as possible.

How much are shipping costs?

We offer free shipping to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland. There are no delivery charges for party tents, pop-up gazebos, garden gazebos, or any other products in our range. Simply add your items to the basket, and you’ll see that shipping is included at no extra cost. Please note: For spare parts, shipping fees may apply, as these are packed and shipped separately.
